PURPOSE: A feed using crossbred cattle, a method for breeding ruminant livestock using the feed, and beef which is produced from the cattle bred using the method are provided to enhance the content of unsaturated fatty acid, to improve oxidation stability, a storage property, and flavor of the beef, and to enhance a marbling of the beef. CONSTITUTION: A method for producing beef of high quality and a feed using crossbred cattle comprises the following steps: removing the ovary(6-12 months after birth) of crossbred cattle between Korean native cattle(Hanwoo) and Holstein; castrating crossbred cattle bull; and supplying a feed containing polyvalent fatty acid. The feed containing the polyvalent fatty acid contains unsaturated fatty acid. The beef is produced from the cattle which is bred through a ruminant livestock breeding method.
