The invention proposes a buffer amplifier, wherein thirty first and thirty second transistors are incorporated, therefore the circuit operation speed increases. First and second current sources set required currents for circuit stages. Emitter followers on fifteenth and sixteenth transistors correspondingly prevent effect of base currents of third and sixth transistors to emitter currents of fourth, ninth, fifth, tenth transistors correspondingly, on condition that output voltage changes. Emitter followers on thirteenth, fourteenth transistors correspondingly prevent effect of base currents of second and seventh transistors to emitter currents of first and eighth transistors correspondingly, on condition that supply voltage or output voltage change. Seventeenth and eighteenth transistors meant for collector-emitter voltage regulation of fourth and fifth transistors correspondingly within input signal range. Second and seventh transistors meant for regulation of third and sixth transistors collector-emitter voltage correspondingly. Twenty ninth and thirtieth, twenty fifth and twenty sixth transistors with current reflectors on nineteenth, twenty first, twenty third transistors and twenties, twenty second, twenty fourth transistors provide setting constant current rating of the push-pull output stage. |
