Before carrying out arthroscopy of injured condile in position which it occupies is fixed to tibia. Shin is deflected into side opposite to zone of injury in joint cavity. Arthroscope is introduced and after release of condile, its reposition is carried out. Stable fixation of fragment till fracture consolidation is carried out by means of compression-distraction apparatus.
