Installation for calibration of flow rate meter of energy-cavitation testbench for study of models of hydro-turbines and rotary hydro-machines has supply pipeline, shutoff device with tank connected to supply pipeline, collection and measuring tanks, controller of flow rate, nozzle, system for air supply to the nozzle, gasket made of elastic material, flow distributor, flow shutoff device and drive of flow shutoff device. Shutoff device is installed on collection and measuring tanks. Tank of shutoff device is arranged as welded and placed in horizontal position. The nozzle is arranged as one part with the tank along the last one. Controller of flow rate is arranged as piston with slot that is placed in the nozzle and is displaced along those in horizontal direction. Flow distributor is arranged as two channels that are divergent and is connected to tank. Flow shutoff device is arranged separately from flow distributor as rotary profile plate in length of the last one with axle of turn that is placed in flow distributor at joint of its channels. Drive of flow shutoff device is arranged as servo-motor and lever that is installed at one axle with flow shutoff device. Additionally damping device as lever is installed, and damping elements that are in contact with lever of damping device. |
