PURPOSE: A vertical-closed type ground heat-exchanger and a constitution method are provided to remarkably reduce the amount of geothermal excavated holes by inserting a vertical-closed type geothermal coil pipe into the geothermal excavated hole. CONSTITUTION: A vertical-closed type ground heat-exchanger comprises a geothermal excavated hole(1), an anchor(50), a geothermal coil pipe(20), and a rope(40). The geothermal excavated hole uses geothermal heat. The anchor is connected to the rope located in the bottom of the geothermal excavated hole. The rope connects the anchor and the bottom end of the geothermal coil pipe. When the rope is drawn, the geothermal coil pipe is forcefully inserted into the geothermal excavated hole.
