Power output mechanism represents one input link (pinion frame) and differential pinion (2). Output kinematic linkage comprises sun gear unit (1, 4), that of epicyclic gears (3, 6), differential pinion (5) with output pinion frame (H2), features different radius ratio in units of sun and epicyclic hear wheels and geometrical and inertial parametres that allow overcoming output starting moment of resistance at tolerable acceleration of output differential pinion.
