PURPOSE: A grooving structure for asphalt pavement and a construction method thereof are provided to minimize damage to asphalt pavement and thus to reduce maintenance cost of the asphalt pavement. CONSTITUTION: A grooving construction method for asphalt pavement comprises steps of: cleaning and drying the target pavement surface(S10), forming grooves on the pavement surface(S20), applying primer on the pavement surface including the grooves(S30), applying and drying thionic pigment whose color varies according to temperature on the primer(S40), and filling paint for a lane having high brightness within the grooves to 1/3~1/2 of the height(S50). |
