The device has metal spacers and metal plates stacked in a metal frame, buried and sealed vertically, till filling the height of the frame. The metal spacers are numbered in a manner to have same order. The plates are numbered, and are marked horizontally to permit reading of the angular deviation, where the material of the plates is traced with a material certificate to have homogeneous material quality by tests.
