PURPOSE: A watching restriction terminal and a watching restriction system exhausting virtual money according to the display time of a broadcast signal are provided to restrict a watching time about a specific broadcast channel preferring children. CONSTITUTION: A broadcasting receiving unit(10) receives broadcasting signal of a broadcasting channel by a user from a broadcasting server. A charging unit(20) allocates virtual currency to each broadcasting channel by the user. If the virtual money allocated in the selected broadcast channel exists in the charging unit, the broadcast signal is displayed. A control unit(40) consumes the virtual money according to the display time of the broadcast signal. |
