Conventional semiconductor devices had a problem that a great deal of time is required for a reversion process associated with circuit correction. The semiconductor device of the present invention is provided with a plurality of trigger signal driver elements (FFa, FFb) which operate in synchronization with a trigger signal, trigger wiring lines (CW0 to CW3) for distributing the trigger signal to the plurality of trigger signal driver elements, an additional trigger wiring line (CWb) which is provided so as to be branched from the trigger wiring lines (CW0 to CW3), and an additional supply element (30) to which the trigger signal is supplied via the additional trigger wiring line (CWb) and which is provided so as to separate from the plurality of trigger signal driver elements.
