PURPOSE: A manhole cover having a locking and canceling function is provided to be locked and canceled by installing a lock at the circumference of a manhole cover. CONSTITUTION: A manhole cover having a locking and canceling function comprises a lock(30). The lock is composed of a body(31), a locking cap(32), a rotation control part(35) and an open cam(33). A shaft is inserted in the hole of the manhole cover. A locking cap is selectively hanged on a mounting projection(21) of manhole support according to the rotation position of a shaft. The open cam is positioned close to the top of the protrusion of a manhole support according to the rotation position of a shaft. The rotation control part is formed on the top of the body. |
