<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a producer secure with a stable income by eliminating waste of field crops (especially watermelon), even when a market price of field crop itself is low, processing the field crop into another merchandise product for sale and finding an additional value. <P>SOLUTION: The method for producing a beverage includes a mashing step of mashing at least any of fruit and vegetable such as watermelon containing ascorbinase and a heat sterilization step for heat sterilizing at least any of the mashed fruit and vegetable or squeezed juice obtained from at least any of the mashed fruit and vegetable at 70°C or higher for 1-30 minutes. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
