<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device with facilitated operability for coupling a harness connector provided to a harness and covered with a grommet to a connector on a circuit substrate side. <P>SOLUTION: This device includes a liquid crystal display device 1 (display); a circuit substrate 3 arranged on back of the liquid crystal display device 1 and having drive means for driving the liquid crystal display device 1 and a connector 2; a case 7 housing the liquid crystal display device 1 and the circuit substrate 3 and provided with opening holes 6 having walls 5 faced to the connector 2; and a harness connector 8 and a grommet 9 coupled to the connector 2. The grommet 9 includes a tubular part 25, in which a wire 23 connected to the harness connector 8 is inserted; a skirt part 26 having a diameter larger than that the tubular part 25, covering the periphery of the harness connector 8 and fitted with the wall 5; an umbrella part 27 connecting the tubular part 25 and the skirt part 26; and a bent base part 28 provided at a corner between the tubular part 25 and the umbrella part 2 and capable of maintaining the umbrella part 27 while it is reverse-deformed on a side opposite to the harness connector 8. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
