<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a digital data processing circuit capable of reducing burdens of users when changing transmission and reception frequencies of FM transmitters and FM receivers. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The digital data processing circuit includes: an output section for modulating a carrier of a first frequency corresponding to setting data by a modulation signal corresponding to a sound signal for performing reproduction by the FM receiver with the first frequency as a reception frequency and change data for changing the reception frequency to a second frequency to output the change data to a sound signal processing circuit for transmission to the FM receiver according to an instruction signal for instructing a change of the reception frequency to the second frequency; and a setting section for setting up setting data so that the frequency of the carrier becomes the second frequency after the output section has outputted the change data to the sound signal processing circuit.
