<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain a constant driving speed of a threshing device even when an engine speed is decreased by threshing load and the like, while reducing a fuel consumption of an engine. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A combine harvester includes an electric generator 101 for being driven by an engine 68, a generator motor for elevating a cropping device with power from the electric generator to generate electric power by positional energy of the elevated cropping device, a capacitor 109 for accumulating the electric power from the generator motor, an electric motor 83 for driving a threshing device 4 by the electric power from the capacitor, and a one-way clutch for switching to a state in which the rotation of a faster side between the engine 68 and the electric motor 83 is transmitted to the driving part of the threshing device 4.
