PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooperative control system for reducing engineering man-hours, and for smoothly performing a setting registration operation even when the construction trader of a room entry/leaving management system and the installation trader of information processing equipment are different.

SOLUTION: A cooperative control device 30 in a cooperative control system stores door information acquired by associating multifunction equipment ID as identification information to uniquely specify multifunction equipment 21 and user ID to make the multifunction equipment 21 corresponding to the multifunction equipment ID available and unavailable and the traveling direction in a memory 71. When acquiring an equipment authentication request, the cooperative control device 30 authenticates whether the multifunction equipment 21 is put in an available state by an equipment feedback part 74 based on an equipment authentication request and the door information, and returns the authentication results to the multifunction equipment 21. The multifunction equipment 21 restricts the use of the function in response to the returned authentication results.
