<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply clean a soiled place between a toilet bowl body and a back wall by making a gap between the toilet bowl body and the back wall, locked to the toilet bowl body, through a predetermined operation. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This sanitary equipment item includes: the toilet bowl body where a user performs excretion; a water supply means for supplying flushing water to the toilet bowl body; a flexible water supply pipe for connecting the water supply means and the toilet bowl body together; flexible piping for connecting the toilet bowl body and drain piping together; and the back wall which is positioned in the rear of the toilet bowl body and on which the toilet bowl body abuts. The sanitary equipment item, which is characterized in that the toilet bowl body can be separated from the back wall, enables the toilet bowl body to simply urge a cleaning operation by making the gap between the back wall and the toilet bowl body through the predetermined operation.
