PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refilling pouch for filling a liquid content in which the content can be refilled with a spout easily without attaching a plastic molded article. SOLUTION: In the refilling pouch with a spout, tow opposing front and rear pieces of films 2, 3 are welded at peripheral seal portions 10, 4, 32, and a spouting passage 6 formed of a spouting passage forming seal portion 7 and the spout provided at the tip of the spouting passage 6 are provided at one corner of the upper part wherein a cut inducing line 13 is formed near the tip of the spouting passage 6 so as to crossin the spouting passage 6 and an opening starting part (a notch) 14 is formed at the side of the side seal part of the cut inducing line 13 and at the opposite side of the cut inducing line 13, the cut inducing line 13 is bent downward from a position of the middle of the spouting passage 6, or exceeding the spouting passage 6.
