<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vacuum circuit breaker vacuum tester capable of shortening a test period, figuring out a decreased level of vacuum degree, and being applied to existing vacuum circuit breakers. <P>SOLUTION: The vacuum circuit breaker vacuum tester 10, used for a vacuum degree test of a vacuum circuit breaker 1, includes a DC current supplier 20 supplying a low voltage DC current to a main circuit of the vacuum circuit breaker 1, a high voltage generator 30 with a high voltage reactor 31 connected between a main circuit contact of the vacuum circuit breaker 1 and the DC current supplier 20, and a control device 40 determining quality of vacuum degree of a vacuum interrupter of the vacuum circuit breaker 1 by applying a high voltage induced at the high voltage reactor 31 between main circuit contacts of the vacuum circuit breaker 1 through opening the vacuum circuit breaker 1 under a condition of flowing the low voltage DC current to the main circuit of the vacuum circuit breaker 1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
