<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an onboard device control system with excellent versatility, preventing wrong attachment of a slave device. <P>SOLUTION: The slave device 200 is connected to a signal line 13 of a bus 10 by daisy chain connection, a resistor 201 is connected between the signal lines 13 in series, and a switch means 202 is connected to the resistor 201 in parallel. One end of the signal line of the bus 10 is connected to a master device 100, and the other end is terminated at the resistor 15. When setting an identifier, the switch means 202 is opened in each slave device 200, and the master device 100 applies a D.C. voltage to the signal line 13.
