PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio base station for preventing a collision of signals from radio terminals. SOLUTION: A radio base station 1 assigns a first uplink time slot U1 to a radio terminal 2A and assigns a second uplink time slot U2 to a radio terminal 2B. If a collision of two radio signals from the radio terminals 2A and 2B is detected in such a state, the radio base station 1 assigns a first uplink time slot U1 within an odd-numbered frame to the radio terminal 2A and assigns a second uplink time slot U2 within an even-numbered frame to the radio terminal 2B.
