<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a member service support system that reduce introduction costs before start of service for companies considering introducing a member service using a non-contact IC chip, such as mobile FeliCa (R), and companies having already introduced a member service. <P>SOLUTION: The member service support system has: a download server which downloads mobile application for non-contact IC chip access commonly used by a plurality of service suppliers according to a request from a cellular phone; a database server which communicates with the cellular phone in which the mobile application is downloaded, registers membership and service type for each service supplier, and notifies the mobile application thereof; and a mobile terminal including mobile application which writes received service information to a write area for each service supplier in the non-contact IC chip. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
