<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a cost when forming a grid-shape pattern like a black matrix. <P>SOLUTION: In a first process, a straight line pattern in the length direction in the entire grid-shape pattern is plotted with a high printing frequency of 1 kHz or more, for example. Subsequently, in a second process, a straight line pattern in the transverse direction in the entire grid-shape pattern is plotted with a low printing frequency of 100 Hz or less, for example. Accordingly, a bulge is produced on an intersection between the straight line pattern in the transverse direction and the straight line pattern in the longitudinal direction, and the bulge can be used as the light-shielding part of TFT in the black matrix. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
