PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydrous external skin patch, which has adherence sufficient for adhering to an affected area for several hours without using an auxiliary tape or the like and is excellent in utility so that the patch can be easily peeled off even if the paste adheres to itself before application to the affected area. SOLUTION: The hydrous external skin patch comprises 0.1-10 wt.% of a drug, 0.1-20 wt.% of an adhesive base, 0.001-3.0 wt.% of a crosslinking agent, 15-60 wt.% of water, 2-20 wt.% of a tackifier resin, 0.4-10 wt.% of a dissolving agent for the tackifier resin, 0.1-30 wt.% of an oil absorbing inorganic powder and 0.1-20 wt.% of a dextrin fatty acid ester in the paste of the patch and has a thickness of 100-1,000μm.
