<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a capacitor unit excelling in vibration resistance and improved in an assembling property, and a power supply device, a motor drive device and a motor drive system. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A plurality of rows of capacitors 1 are arranged in a case 2 of box shape with four sides covered with wall surfaces so that like-poles face each other, and the capacitors 1 are fixed insulated from the case 2 by a bus-bar 3 for short-circuiting electrode terminals of the capacitors. The capacitors 1 are thereby pressed from above and can be fixed.
