PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for injecting a soil improving chemical solution to obtain a sufficient sealing effect by suppressing the radial deviation of an outer pipe to an insertion hole when injecting the soil improving chemical solution into the ground using a double pipe, to allow a slow setting sealant to surely enter a clearance between the inner peripheral surface of the insertion hole and the outer peripheral surface of the outer pipe. SOLUTION: The outer pipe 3 is inserted in the insertion hole S filled with the slow setting sealant L. Before the slow setting sealant L is solidified, a flash setting solidifying liquid C supplied through an inner pipe 5A is injected from a spacer injection port 3b into a spacer 4 provided on the outer surface of the outer pipe 3, and expanded to secure the clearance between the inner peripheral surface of the insertion hole S and the outer peripheral surface of the outer pipe 3. After sealing the clearance with the solidified slow setting sealant L, water is discharged from an injection port 3a to crack the solidified slow setting sealant L around the injection port 3a, and then the soil improving chemical solution supplied through another inner pipe inserted in the outer pipe 3 is injected into the ground from the injection port 3a.
