<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an implement for preventing a toilet or the like from being soiled by urination. Ž<P>SOLUTION: Suitable sizes of an upper plate and a lower plate are provided. A turning mechanism capable of changing positions of the upper plate with respect to the lower plate is set to couple the upper and lower plates. A mounting plate is set at a suitable position in the backside of the lower plate. The upper and lower plates are set at suitable positions and in suitable angles in a seating plate of the toilet.
