<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dental manual extruder easily extruding a dental viscous material if the dental viscous material inside a cartridge is hardened when the temperature is low. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The dental manual extruder 1 is for extruding the dental viscous material, as the content of the cartridge, from the cartridge 2 having a flange 2a in the vicinity of the rear end and a nozzle 2b at the distal end. The dental manual extruder 1 has a cartridge housing part 1d at the distal end part of a barrel 1c through which a plunger 1b to be extruded by a handle 1a penetrates. The cartridge 2 is engaged with the flange 2a to be housed in the cartridge housing part 1d.
