<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a substrate support structure supporting a substrate mounted to a housing, and an electronic device having the same in which the floating of the substrate is suppressed and the substrate is smoothly supported. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The substrate support structure supporting the substrate 12 mounted to the housing 10 includes a supporting tongue piece 13A projecting from a lower edge 11a of the housing 10, an unnecessary solder absorption slit 15 formed in the supporting tongue piece 13A, and a floating prevention stopper 16A formed by being bent to the inside of the housing while the unnecessary solder slit 15 and the substrate 12 are disposed in parallel in the supporting tongue piece 13A. When the substrate 12 is mounted to the housing 10, the floating prevention stopper 16A is engaged with the substrate 12 to support the substrate 12 on the housing 10.
