PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic device allowing use of a storage device such as a USB memory device without letting it protrude from a panel arranged in a casing. SOLUTION: This electronic device includes an electronic circuit arranged in the casing 100, and a device-side connector section 10 connected to the electronic circuit and enabling connection of the external connector section 201 of the storage device 200. It further includes the panel 110 arranged in a prescribed surface of the casing 100 with a connection port 115 formed at a prescribed position, and a connector holding member 20 holding the device-side connector section 10. The connector holding member 20 is configured to be advanced/retreated between a first position having the device-side connector section 10 exposed from the connection port 115 of the panel 110, and a second position having the storage device 200 with the external connector section 201 connected to the device-side connector section 10, stored in the casing 100.
