<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress an excessive operation of an on-vehicle electric load irrespective of the quantity of the stored energy to be consumed in a vehicle. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A vehicular electric load monitoring system 10 includes an on-vehicle terminal device 11 having a communication device 31 for transmitting terminal side information including information on the states of a plurality of electric loads 23 outside a vehicle, and a vehicular electric load monitoring server 12 having a communication device 51 for receiving information transmitted from the on-vehicle terminal device 11. The vehicular electric load monitoring server 12 includes a comparison unit 53 which compares the states of the electric loads 23 of a plurality of vehicles present in a predetermined area for each predetermined area, and outputs the signal of the result of comparison, an extraction unit 54 which extracts a vehicle in which the power consumption of the electric loads 23 is relatively large in the predetermined area based on the result of comparison, and a notification control unit 55 for transmitting the notification instruction signal for instructing the predetermined notification to the extracted vehicle.
