<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a resin sealing part of a back light, an LED chip, etc., from being damaged due to a human error, the impression of a collet, etc. <P>SOLUTION: A light emitting device has a partition formed to enclose a light emitting element mounted to a wiring board and formed of a first resin, and a sealing resin, formed of a second resin for sealing the light emitting element within the partition.
