PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for effectively solving the problem of the temperature rise of a railway road without deteriorating the visibility of a driver. SOLUTION: In a track having rails and a supporting surface for supporting the rails, coating is applied to the side surfaces of the rails. The solar reflectance of the coating which is defined in JIS A 5759 of coating is 15% or higher and the L* value in a CIE1976L*a*b* color space of the coating is 50-80.
