The first to U-th input optical pulses are input to first to U-th optical pulse time spreaders 28-1 to 28-U, respectively, to output first to U-th chip pulse trains 29-1 to 29-U comprising N chip pulses from first to N-th chip pulses sequentially arranged on a time axis by being subjected to time spreading.
