PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress deterioration of performance of a storage system. SOLUTION: There are provided: a copy processing means which, from a copy source storage system storing a copy source file system comprising storage data, and key data unique in accordance with the storage data in reference to the storage data, copies the copy source file system to a copy destination storage system to form a copy destination file system; and an update data identification means which compares the key data in the copy source file system with the key data in the copy destination file system to identify, as update data, the storage data in the copy source file system, which is absent in the copy destination file system and which is referred to by the key data in the copy source file system.
