<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrafine polyester combined filament yarn having fine denier and nevertheless high strength, high bulkiness and soft and flexible texture. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The ultrafine polyester combined filament yarn includes a polyester yarn A and a polyester yarn B having different shrinkage ratios and satisfying following requirements: (a) the polyester yarn A has a total fineness (A1) of 15-30 dtex, a single fiber fineness (A2) of 0.15-0.50 dtex and a boiling water shrinkage (A3) of 3-10%; (b) the polyester yarn B has a total fineness (B1) of 10-20 dtex, a single fiber fineness (B2) of 0.80-2.0 dtex and a boiling water shrinkage (B3) of 10-25%; (c) the polyester yarn A is interlocked with the polyester yarn B and the number of interlacing points is 60-160 point/m; (d) the polyester yarn B has an intrinsic viscosity [η]B of 0.75-1.00; (e) the strength is ≥4.0 CN/dtex; and (f) the mixing ratio (weight ratio) of the polyester yarn A to the polyester yarn B is 80-55:20-45.
