PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular side sill structure eliminating a garnish that is attached to the bottom of a vehicle below a door and inhibiting encroachment of water and mud into a side sill body while discharging liquid (water, for example) that encroached into the side sill body. SOLUTION: The vehicular side sill structure 11 continues with an under body 17. The side sill body 32 is formed by forming a closed cross-sectional shape by an inner panel 38 and an outer panel 37 and joining lower flanges 51 with each other, a lower edge line part 55 seen when the lower part of the outer panel 37 is viewed and lining the lower flange 51 is formed in a sill bottom 53 continuing with the lower flange 51 at a similar height with ground height Hf of a lower end 56 of the lower flange 51, and holes 14 each having a shield 61 shielding encroachment of mud and water are bored in the vicinity of the lower edge line part 55 (third outer bottom body 73).
