<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a print management system, a print management method, and a print management program, to appropriately manage print processing in a restricted region by using an image forming device connected to a network, and to provide a storage medium therefor. <P>SOLUTION: When receiving a print request, a control section 21 of a print management server 20 obtains a point balance of a user and obtains a paper point corresponding to a print condition. Then, the control section 21 calculates the number of pages capable of being output according to the paper point and the print condition. If the number of pages capable of being output is "1" or more, the number of pages capable of being output is set in a header part. If the number of pages capable of being output is less than "1", the control section 21 sets the minimum value as the end page, calculates the number of copies capable of being output, and set the number of copies as a print condition for the second time.
