PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile communication device that reduces useless power consumption, and to provide a communication method and a communication control program. SOLUTION: The mobile communication device 100 includes: an information table 140 that correlates connection destination information showing connection destination with location information showing a range for calling the connection destination; a location information acquisition means 110 to obtain location information showing the present location of the mobile communication device; and a biological information acquisition means 120 to obtain biological information. Furthermore, it also includes a control means 130 that obtains connection destination information corresponding to the location information obtained by the location information acquisition means 110 from the information table 140 and determines calling to the connection destination predetermined by the connection destination information showing the connection destination according to the biological information obtained by the biological information acquisition means 120.
