PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tube with a connector, capable of miniaturizing an injection molding machine, capable of shortening a manufacturing cycle, and capable of stabilizing a fluid channel, and an fluid injection device. SOLUTION: This ink supply tube 12 with the connector 110 adopts constitution of attaching and mold-clamping an end part 100A of an elastic tube 100 under the condition where a core pin 210 is inserted into an ink channel 101 of the end part 100A, with respect to a molding die 200 provided with the core pin 210 for forming the ink channel and having a cavity 201 along a shape of the connector 110, of injecting an ultraviolet-curable liquid resin material into the cavity 201 of the mold-clamped molding die 200, of irradiating the resin material injected into the cavity 201 with an ultraviolet ray, to be cured, and of molding thereby the connector 110.
