PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the contact area between acidic substances which cause oil degradation and an alkaline substance which neutralizes the acidic substances, and to suppress manufacturing cost. SOLUTION: Alkaline substance-containing porous films 2OA, 20B are installed on inner wall surface s6A, 7A of spaces 8, 9 which are within an internal combustion engine and in which at least one of oil, oil mist, and blowby gas exists. Since the films are porous, the alkaline substance and acidic substances can be caused to contact each other, and can be reacted. Thus, the contact area can be increased, so that the neutralization reaction can be enhanced. Besides, since the film is installed as a separate component part, the masking as required in the material-applying or spreading process is not necessary, and thus manufacturing cost can be reduced.
