PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-vehicle cooling cabinet having a simple configuration and efficiently and inexpensively cooling stored articles. SOLUTION: Inside of a heat insulating casing 2 including opening/closing lids 10, 11 on the upper opening is partitioned into a refrigerating chamber 4 and a freezing chamber 5. A cool storage plate holding part 7 for holding cool storage plates 6 is provided within the freezing chamber 5, and a fan 8 for supplying cold air within the freezing chamber 5 to the refrigerating chamber 4 is provided. The cool storage plate holding part 7 includes a plurality of air-permeable cool storage plate holding compartments formed to hold the plurality of cool storage plates 6 with the same shape.
