PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve work efficiency in continuously carrying out reading operation and sticking operation. SOLUTION: The tip side of a label delivery surface 102b which is one face of a housing 102 is provided with a label delivery port 114 for delivering linerless labels LL. The housing 102 is provided with a grip part 104 holdable with one hand, located on the opposite side to the label delivery surface 102b. A label pressing part 152 presses the linerless label LL delivered from the label delivery port 114, to a stuck object in response to the operation of pressing the label delivery surface 102b to the stuck object, and a label cutting part 153 forms a butting cut line in the linerless label LL in response to pressing by the label pressing part 152. A first reading part 171 reads stuck object information put on the stuck object and located at the front face of a first reading window 172 located on the rear end side rather than the label delivery port 114 in the label delivery surface 102b.
