PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disposable diaper effectively preventing such deficiency as partially losing an indicator function before use. SOLUTION: The disposable diaper 100 is composed of a front body 2, a crotch part 4 and a rear body 6. The disposable diaper 100 also has a plurality of component members including an absorber 22, a top sheet 18 disposed to cover the front surface of the absorber 22, and a back sheet disposed to cover the rear surface of the absorber 22. A warm-colored indicator 15 is applied to a part of the area corresponding to the crotch part 4 in a part of the plurality of component members. The color of the indicator 15 is changed to other colors than the warm color when brought into contact with urine. A warm-colored adhesive 25 is applied to the plurality of component members in such a way as to overlap with a part of the indicator 15, and the component members are bonded to each other with the adhesive 25. If a mixture is obtained by mixing molten materials of the indicator 15 and the adhesive 25 at the ratio in volume from 15:85 to 85:15, the whole front surface of the mixture becomes warm-colored.
