摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lithium ion second battery capable of restraining reduction of discharge capacity and increase of internal resistance caused by repetition of charge and discharge, and its manufacturing method. <P>SOLUTION: In the lithium ion second battery having a positive electrode active material made of complex oxide including lithium and transition metal, a negative electrode active material made of a carbon material, and a nonaqueous electrolyte including LiPF<SB>6</SB>, the nonaqueous electrolyte includes an anion compound expressed by formula (1), and carbonic ester.
