<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hearing aid capable of preventing permeation of moisture W to improve the quality. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The hearing aid 10 includes a body 11, which is lockable at an upper part of the root of user's auricle, and which is continued behind the root. The hearing aid includes: a protrusion 14, which is arranged at the position which serves as the upper part in use on a back side 13 of the body 11 opposite to a front side 12 facing the root; a battery storage 15, which is arranged at the position which serves as the lower part from the protrusion 14 in use; a lid member 17, which closes the battery storage 15 and makes a boundary gap 16 formed with the back side 13 continue from the upper part to the lower part in use; a first level difference surface 18, which surrounds the protrusion 14 and is formed in the shape of a convex with regard to the back side 13; and a second level difference surface 19, which is connected to the first level difference surface 18 and continued along the boundary gap 16 so that the lid member 17 may be sandwiched. Either of a lid member wall surface 20 of the lid member 17 for forming the boundary gap 16 and a body wall surface 21 facing the lid member wall surface 20 is exposed.
