C1>C2, and Rb 1<Rb2 are satisfied, where the capacitance of the control terminal of the first switching element is C1, the capacitance of the control terminal of the second switching element is C2, the resistance value of the first biasing resistive element is Rb1, and the resistance value of the second biasing resistive element 204a is Rb2.
