<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an access right management device, wherein a status change for an access right to DB can be grasped by each user in real time, and the status change can be informed to the user side prior to a change of the DB structure, an access right management system with good usability, an access right management method, a program, and a recording medium. <P>SOLUTION: The access right management device for managing the access right to a DB to provide information through the ID information has a means for collectively transmitting the completed implementation information to each user terminal belonging to a group when an access right of a plurality of the grouped user terminals is commonly processed by adding/changing/deleting in a group unit.
