<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet bunbdle with storage tags, reducing irregular patterns of the sheet bundle with the storage tags, its manufacturing method, and a sheet transport mechanism in an image forming apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: The sheet bundle 10 includes a plurality of kinds of sheets different from one another in attachment positions P1 to P4 of an RFID tag 15 when seen from a sheet surface orthogonal direction. Thus, the attachment positions P1 to P4 of the RFID tag 15 are not concentrated but dispersed, and irregular patterns of the sheet bundle 10 are accordingly reduced. Thus, bulkiness of the sheet bundle 10 is suppressed. As a result, when the sheet bundle 10 is packed, a package is made compact to be convenient for transport and storage.
