PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a home-delivery box which enables an assured delivery of goods while reliably preventing a dweller from meeting with a visitor such as a delivery person face-to-face, and which is excellent in security, and to provide a building. SOLUTION: This home-delivery box 10 includes a first wall 11 which faces an outdoor side, a second wall 12 which is arranged orthogonally to both the first wall 11 and a wall 2 formed with an entrance doorway 2a and which faces an entrance 1, and third and fourth walls 13 and 14. A storage opening 11a is formed in the first wall 11 while an outdoor door 11b is provided therein, and a bench 11c is also provided there. An unloading opening 12a is formed in the second wall 12 while an indoor door 12b is provided therein, and a bench 12c is also provided there. The unloading opening 12a is formed in the second wall 12 at a predetermined distance from the storage opening 11a. In the building, the home-delivery box 10 is arranged near the entrance doorway 2a.
